Congratulations to Krysta Rohde who placed 11th Laser Radial at the Pan Am Trials in Newport last week, and to David Loring who won the Sunfish Worlds in Charleston, SC recently - deep down he is a laser sailor. Martin Willard also did well in the Sunfish Worlds finishing 10th.

There are a good number of Laser Sailors at the Sunfish Worlds this week in Charleston. David Loring is in the lead going into the final day of racing. Martin Willard and Dan Rohde are also fighting the current in Charleston harbor. Nice quote from David : “I’m an old Laser sailor, and I actually like it a little breezier, but I was really pleased with the boat speed I had today.” Laser sailors always like breeze. Check out the race here.
